TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. The customer expressly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these have been established after these standard terms and conditions. To be valid, any waiver must be expressly agreed in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment term is indicated on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, NUTRI-PRO reserves the right to charge a fixed interest rate of 10% of the amount still due. NUTRI-PRO shall be entitled to suspend any services without notice in the event of late payment. 
  3. If a payment remains unpaid for more than sixty (60) days after the due date, NUTRI-PRO reserves the right to engage the services of a debt collection company. All legal costs shall be borne by the customer. 
  4. NUTRI-PRO resells C-Profood products exclusively in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries will not be accepted and the only currency accepted is Swiss francs (CHF).
  5. NUTRI-PRO undertakes to use its best endeavours to provide high quality services on time and in accordance with the agreed schedule. However, none of its commitments can be considered binding.    
  6. In order to be admissible, NUTRI-PRO must be informed of any complaint by registered letter sent to its registered office within 7 days after delivery of the goods or performance of the services and provide evidence thereof.
  7. All contractual relationships are governed exclusively by the provisions of the law.
